TransPort 360 is your freight handling solution for barge, rail, and truck transloading operations. Our facilities located in the Port of Kansas City, MO and the Port of St. Joseph, MO are centrally located within 500 miles of 43 percent of the U.S. population and 44 percent of the U.S. manufacturing establishments.

Our vision is to be the premier facilitator of freight transfer and commerce within the mid-west region. When combining TransPort 360’s access to the Missouri River, Union Pacific rail spurs, as well as ample storage and cargo handling equipment profile, we are well equipped to solve your cargo handling needs. MEET OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM

Aaron joined TransPort 360 in the fall of 2023. As Chief Executive Officer, he will focus on overseeing corporate growth initiatives by promoting the company’s services and capitalizing on marketing opportunities.  In addition, Aaron will also work to enhance freight utilization on the Missouri river through industry development organizations, and collaboration with trade authorities. He comes to TransPort 360 with over 13 years in the barge industry having spent nearly 11 years with Ingram Barge Company. There, he focused primarily on dry cargo logistics managing northbound tow design and commercial barge allocation as well as fuel sales and tank barge logistics. Aaron earned his master’s degree in Maritime Administration and Logistics from Texas A&M at Galveston. In his free time he enjoys grilling, golfing, and spending time with his wife Jen, and his daughter Emma.

Terry joined TransPort 360 in the spring of 2023. His role as Chief Operations Officer is to oversee the operations and performance of the company. He will guide the company toward continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, productivity and asset utilization while leading a cultural environment where employees are valued, inclusive and safe. Terry’s former employment includes Plant Manager of MK Minerals and Plant Manager for Omya Inc. His career has 22 years as a detective and patrol sergeant in the Atchison Police Department where he spent much of his time training and supervising patrol officers and staff. His career includes Industrial Electrician with Atchison Tubular Services, maintenance mechanic with Tyson Foods and explosive handler and general maintenance with Servaes Quarry.

Terry Kelley

Justin Tilton joined TransPort 360 in 2019 as a driver in St. Joseph and has since taken on various roles with the group, while also assisting at the Kansas City location. With a strong background in agriculture, he brings experience in fieldwork, chemical and seed prep, application, and equipment maintenance. Justin lives in Highland, Kansas, with his wife and two sons. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, working on the family farm, and traveling.

Justin Tilton

Kimble began his career with Transport 360 in 2023 as a laborer and quickly advanced toward a facility manager role. His experience as a maintenance supervisor at MK Minerals (2019–2022) equipped him with strong skills in safety implementation, equipment maintenance, and team collaboration. Prior to that, he worked at Jade Millwrights on bin jacking and grain storage equipment construction, and at J-Six’s swine division, where he maintained swine facilities and farm equipment to ensure animal welfare and operational efficiency. Outside of work, Kimble enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing golf, and riding his four-wheeler through the scenic countryside of Doniphan County, Kansas.
